Shipping Policy
Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional time in transit for delivery.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery timeframes:

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, or high seasonal demand.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
International Shipping
We currently ship only to the United States and Canada. If shipping internationally, customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties.
Damaged or Lost Packages
We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Refund & Return Policy
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Certain items are non-returnable, such as perishable goods, clearance items, and items marked “final sale.”
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@vantagehealth.net. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your item. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please contact us at support@vantagehealth.net and we will assist you. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, the order may already be in processing and cannot be canceled.
